Mr. Schwabe received a telegram from the Oklahoma Good Roads Association regarding the R. W. Skinner Chat Company's inability to fill orders due to OPA regulations. After investigating, it was found that the company had not filed an application for price adjustment. Schwabe suggested the company file an application and offered to help expedite the process if needed. Senator Perry Porter also confirmed that the company had not encountered any difficulties with OPA pricing. Schwabe sent a telegram to the company advising them to apply for price adjustment and to contact him if they needed assistance.
