The text is a series of letters regarding the provision of electric service to Mrs. John Stanley in Coffeyville, Kansas. The Rural Electrification Administration has made partial allotments for construction of electric lines in the area, but funds are limited. Hon. George B. Schwabe is working to investigate the situation and provide assistance. Mrs. Stanley expresses her patience and gratitude for any help in getting electricity. She also mentions the need for farm-to-market roads, which is under the jurisdiction of the state and county. Schwabe assures her of his assistance and efforts to resolve the issue.
