The text is a letter from George B. Schwabe, a member of the House of Representatives, to Lee Elgin, an advisor for the Future Farmers of America in Wyandotte, Oklahoma. Schwabe expresses his support for vocational agriculture and classes, and mentions that he will keep Elgin's views on H.R. 4384 in mind when the bill comes before the House. Elgin had written to Schwabe urging the expansion of vocational agriculture in the state due to a lack of funds in schools in their district.
