They believe that the current system is unjust and inefficient, and are proposing a new system where unpaid citizens serve on committees to determine rent fairness promptly and without cost to the government. They suggest that these committees should have the power to make decisions on rent fairness and evictions, and should be composed of various members of the community. They argue that this new system would provide prompt justice and better satisfy the American people.
