Wesley E. Disney is writing to Acting Secretary of the Interior Charles West regarding a report on the Osage Civilization Bill. Disney suggests corrections to the report, including removing discussion of attorneys' fees and a quotation from the Attorney General's letter. Disney believes these changes will clarify the issue and strengthen the support for the bill, which has already passed the Senate three times.
