The Quapaw Indian Council in Miami, Oklahoma has approved the Indian Claims Commission Bill (H.R. 4497) and sent a resolution to Rep. George B. Schwabe in support of the legislation. Rep. Schwabe acknowledges receipt of the resolution and expresses gratitude for their support, stating that the bill has been carefully considered and is supported by many leading Indians in Oklahoma.
