The Thlopthlocco Tribal Town and the Inter-Tribal Business Committee of the Kiowa, Comanche, and Apache tribes in Oklahoma have passed resolutions in support of House Resolution No. 4497, which would create an Indian Claims Commission. They are urging Congress to pass the bill for the benefit of Indian tribes and their white friends. Copies of the resolutions have been sent to the Oklahoma delegation in Congress and relevant committee chairs.
