Mrs. Anna E. Webb writes to Representative George B. Schwabe expressing her disappointment in the lack of support for Merchant Marine boys who were promised benefits similar to those of other armed forces. She urges Schwabe to support the Seamen's Bill of Rights, H.R. 2346, and provide these boys with the respect, readjustment facilities, education, and disability insurance they deserve.
