The document is a letter from George B. Schwabe, a member of Congress, to Clifton Rowe, State Secretary of the Oklahoma Letter Carriers. Schwabe informs Rowe that he has supported bill HR 5059, which passed in the House with only one dissenting vote. Schwabe has always been a friend of postal employees and is pleased to have worked with Rowe on this issue. Rowe also requests Schwabe's support for HR 5059 in the future.
