George B. Schwabe, a member of the House of Representatives, received a telegram from the National Association of Letter Carriers thanking him for his support in passing a salary increase bill for letter carriers. Schwabe expressed his gladness in being able to help and wished them well. The telegram was sent from Tulsa, Oklahoma and was signed by David E. Hays, the President, and Charles T. Ford, the Secretary of the association.
