The letter is from George B. Schwabe, a congressman, to Nelson Furniture Company regarding the payment of premiums on copper, lead, and zinc for mining operations in the Tri-State District. Schwabe discusses the cessation of these payments by the Office of Price Administration and his efforts to have the Reconstruction Finance Corporation make the payments.
