The first letter is from Mr. W. R. Anders expressing opposition to the O.P.A. and its practices, which Congressman George B. Schwabe agrees with. Schwabe mentions his voting record against the O.P.A. and conveys his thanks to the other individuals who also signed the letter. The second letter is from an individual urging Congress to move the O.P.A. to Russia and criticizing the influence of the C.I.O. on Congress.
