Mrs. Fred H. Gordon wrote a letter to Rep. George B. Schwabe expressing her dissatisfaction with the Office of Price Administration (OPA) and urging for its abolition. Rep. Schwabe responded, stating that he has consistently opposed the OPA and voted against its extension, as he believes it is a detrimental and un-American entity within the government.
