The document consists of a letter from Mr. Morley to Representative Schwabe expressing opposition to the O.P.A. (Office of Price Administration) and commending Schwabe for his efforts in fighting against it. Schwabe responds by agreeing with Morley's views on the O.P.A., stating that he has consistently opposed the Bureau and voted against its extension. Both individuals believe that the O.P.A. is destructive and should be dissolved to allow natural forces to bring prices into adjustment.
