The letter is from Cecil M. Kerber to George B. Schwabe expressing opposition to the O.P.A. and its practices. Schwabe agrees with Kerber's views and mentions his own opposition to the O.P.A., including voting against its extension in the House of Representatives. Kerber requests Schwabe's influence in abolishing or limiting the powers of the O.P.A. in order to help with reconstruction efforts. Schwabe thanks Kerber for his thoughts and support.
