Mrs. Irma Cooper expresses her opposition to the O.P.A. and its practices in a letter to Representative George B. Schwabe. Schwabe agrees with her views, stating that he has consistently opposed the O.P.A. and voted against its extension. He expresses his support for restricting amendments and ultimately voted against the Extension Bill. Mrs. Cooper urges Schwabe to clean up the mess surrounding the O.P.A. in their district.
