The document is a letter from Congressman George B. Schwabe to N.R. Patterson, President of the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce, thanking him for his communication expressing disapproval of legislation involving further price controls. Schwabe mentions that the majority of his constituents are opposed to price controls and appreciates Patterson's clear and original statement on the issue.
