The recipient, Mr. Phillips, wrote to Congressman Schwabe requesting Agricultural Year Books for 1944, 1945, and 1946. The response, sent by V. W. Dryden on behalf of Congressman Schwabe, explained that no year books were published in those years due to a paper shortage. Dryden thanked Phillips for his interest and assured him that the letter would be brought to Congressman Schwabe's attention. Dryden also encouraged Phillips to reach out to the office for assistance in the future.
