Mr. A.L. Goerke writes to Congressman George B. Schwabe expressing concern over Congressman Crawford's amendment to Bill HR 5270, which did not mention wholesalers or distributors. Schwabe assures Goerke that if the bill comes back from the Senate, he will work to ensure wholesalers and distributors are included in the provisions.
