Identifier: CAC_CC_047_1_5_10_0007
George D. Brock wrote a letter to George B. Schwabe expressing his disapproval of the Fair Employment Practice Act, Bill H.R. 2232. He believes that the bill could lead to shyster lawyers taking advantage of employees and causing prejudice. Schwabe responds that he agrees with Brock's concerns and will not sign a petition to bring the bill to the floor for discussion. Schwabe assures Brock that he will vote against the legislation if it comes before the House.
