The letter from Mr. Schwabe to Mr. and Mrs. Clarke discusses the increase in old age pensions and states that a bill will be submitted to provide the increase, which will require states to match the Federal contributions. Mr. Schwabe expresses his support for everyone receiving a pension without further requirements and criticizes the use of snoopers in the pension system. He reassures Mr. and Mrs. Clarke that he will continue to fight for the rights of older people. Mr. and Mrs. Clarke had written to inquire about the increase in pensions and to congratulate Mr. Schwabe on his renomination.
