Schwabe expresses frustration with the lack of action on the bill by the New Deal Congress. Becker's son is overseas and unable to attend college due to military service, and Becker is concerned about the impact on his education. Becker also expresses disappointment with the Democratic Party and labels them as the "WAR PARTY."
