Mr. Phil B. Drane wrote a letter to George B. Schwabe, a congressman, asking him to vote against Senate bill #380, the Full Employment Bill. Schwabe responded by stating that he has received many letters on the same subject and that he believes the bill is a vague expression of generalities that could lead to totalitarianism.
