The document is a letter from George B. Schwabe, M.C. to Mr. J. L. Yerger, General Manager of The Acme Flour Mills Company, discussing the opposition to the President's suggestion of paying defense workers $25 a week until they find a new job. Schwabe expresses his support for Yerger's ideas and advises him to take the matter up with New Deal Congressman from his District. Another letter from Schwabe to Mr. O. V. Mullendore expresses appreciation for his support against New Deal agencies and opposition to European ideologies in Washington.
