Miss Louise Peterman, Legislative Chairman of the V.F.W. Auxiliary 3689, wrote to Congressman George B. Schwabe requesting his support for HR 127, the Veterans' Adjusted-Service Act of 1945. The letter was acknowledged by Camille M. Gameau, Mr. Schwabe's secretary, who assured Miss Peterman that Mr. Schwabe, who has four sons in the service, is a friend to veterans. Miss Gameau promised to bring Miss Peterman's letter to Mr. Schwabe's attention.
