Mr. Chandler wrote to Honorable George B. Schwabe requesting a copy of Section 505 of the Servicemen's Readjustment Act of 1944. Schwabe acknowledged the request and sent Chandler a copy of Public Law 346, the Servicemen's Readjustment Act, along with a booklet and regulations on Title III loan guaranty for homes, farms, and business. Schwabe also offered further assistance and Chandler expressed his appreciation for the information.
