Mr. Charles F. Burns, an attorney from Miami, Oklahoma, wrote to Honorable George B. Schwabe requesting a copy of Public Law 346 and Public Law 268. He also asked for opinions of the General Solicitor of the Veterans Administration regarding guaranteed loans for veterans. Mr. Schwabe responded that he had obtained the requested copies and would send them soon. He also expressed regret for missing Mr. Burns' attempted visits to his office in Washington, D.C. Mr. Schwabe offered further assistance and good wishes in his response.
