Pfc. Thomas L. Little wrote to Congressman George Schwabe expressing interest in the homestead bill for Oklahoma veterans. Congressman Schwabe acknowledged receipt of the letter and explained that the bill has not yet been acted upon by the Committee. He assured Pfc. Little that he will do his best to get the bill through Congress. Pfc. Little requested to be put on the list for the homestead program and offered to pay the necessary filing fee. Congressman Schwabe promised to keep Pfc. Little's letter on file and to update him on any developments regarding the bill.
