Mr. Charles Klein, Treasurer of Mid-Continent Petroleum Corporation, received a letter from Honorable George H. Schwabe regarding the Rivers and Harbors Bill, which includes the Arkansas River development. Schwabe informed Klein that the bill will be considered in the House early next week, with a vote expected on Thursday, June 6th. Schwabe expressed confidence that there would be no difficulty in passing the Arkansas feature of the bill. Klein was reminded of the importance of supporting the project and thanked for his efforts.
