A draft of proposed Title II to be added to S. J. Res. 133 is being reviewed by Senators Abourezk, Haskell, Hatfield, and Bartlett. The draft proposes the establishment of a Private Sector Task Force to conduct a management study of the Bureau of Indian Affairs. The Chairman of the task force will appoint seven members, and private sector specialists may also be hired. A final report must be submitted to Congress within one year, with funds of up to $300,000 authorized for this purpose. 'Title 25.
