The Anadarko Area Office received a letter from Senator Dewey F. Bartlett on behalf of Miss Belinda Kay Alambar and her brother Timmie Ray Alambar requesting financial assistance for educational purposes. The office checked tribal records but could not find information on the father and grandparents. They requested additional information on the Indian ancestry of Gurney Joe Alambar to further assist the siblings. The office also sent letters to Miss Alambar and Mr. Alambar explaining the situation and providing resources to help them obtain the necessary information.
