Two ambulance attendants were commended for successfully assisting in a breech birth, saving the baby's life. The attendants delivered the baby without damage using their training and equipment. The mother had initially been mistreated at an Indian hospital before being taken to a different hospital where she incurred high medical bills. The writer of the letter requests help for the young couple in paying their bills and criticizes the neglect and mistreatment at the Indian hospital.
