The Eastern Oklahoma Development District Association has appointed Larry D. Sand as Executive Director, pending approval from the Economic Development Administration. Sand's qualifications and experience were cited as reasons for his appointment, and a resolution was passed by the Board of Directors in September 1974. The letter to the Economic Development Administration requests approval of Sand's appointment.
