Kiowa Housing Authority officials Vincent Bointy and Laverne Satepeahtaw are facing criminal trials and have lost a recall election, but they have vowed to continue serving despite the challenges. They believe the special election was held illegally and plan to challenge the results. They are also facing charges related to mishandling of housing funds. Despite the difficulties, they are determined to fight to keep their positions.
