The document is a letter from Senator Dewey Bartlett to Dr. Frank Belvin, President of the Inter-Tribal Council of the Five Civilized Tribes, thanking him for forwarding a resolution regarding proposed plans by HUD to transfer responsibility of Indian Housing in Oklahoma to the Denver Regional Office.
