Senator Dewey Bartlett received a letter from Mr. Jerre L. Toyebo, Executive Director of the Housing Authority for the Comanche Indian Tribe of Oklahoma, regarding the Indian housing problem. Bartlett is conducting hearings in Oklahoma on July 2 and 3 and welcomes Toyebo's input. Toyebo is requesting an additional task force to study the Indian housing program and community development, as more Indian housing is desperately needed. Bartlett acknowledges Toyebo's concerns and expresses his appreciation for his interest in the matter.
