Mr. Sylvester Tinker had inquired about a treaty allowing Indians in Oklahoma to hunt and fish without a state license. Senator Fred R. Harris checked into the matter and enclosed a report from the Bureau of Indian Affairs in response to Mr. Tinker's inquiries. Senator Harris expressed his willingness to help in the future and sent his kind regards.
