Senator Fred R. Harris is writing to Commissioner Buck Cook about the conditions in Canton regarding Indian children. He has received a report from the Acting Assistant Commissioner of Indian Affairs and is encouraged by the findings. Harris hopes that with the efforts of various agencies, improvements can be made for the children of those who have been jailed. He offers his assistance to Commissioner Cook in the future.
