Mrs. Russell C. Hutton is requesting the Bureau of Indian Affairs to provide better housing and living conditions for people on reservations. She suggests that non-Indians should visit the reservations to see the poor conditions and that funds should be allocated for prefabricated housing. Hutton also proposes vocational training programs for boys and girls on reservations to improve their skills and future prospects. She emphasizes the importance of investing in education and training for the youth on reservations.
