Norma received a message from Noma on 4/29/66 regarding contacting Shepherd at the office to discuss changes to the plant design and construction plans. The changes would include adding an overarching pool to align with the Physical Fitness program, as well as serving as a firefighting water reservoir. Additionally, Noma's title was changed from Superintendent to Principal, and he is seeking a salary increase as he feels he is being underpaid.
