The Tulsa District, Corps of Engineers, is holding an informal public information meeting on 20 November 1973 at the Muskogee Civic Center in Muskogee, Oklahoma to present the existing land and water utilization plan for the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System. The purpose is to ensure public understanding of the plan and to gather input for an updated plan scheduled for completion in the spring of 1974. All interested citizens are invited to attend and participate in the meeting.
