Correspondence Regarding Proposed Legislation H.R. 2497 Between George B. Schwabe and Federal Employees Union No. 386, 1945-05-10

George B. Schwabe, a member of the House of Representatives, received a letter from Howard T. Bolton, the Secretary-Treasurer of Federal Employees Union No. 386, expressing support for House Bill No. HR-2497. Schwabe acknowledges receipt of the letter and states that the proposed legislation is still in committee and may undergo changes before being reported out. He assures Bolton that he is sympathetic to the problems of federal employees and will give the measure careful consideration before voting on it.
