Opposition to the Wagner-Murray-Dingell Socialized Medicine and Dental Bills: A Correspondence from 1946, 1946-03-19

Dr. Glass received a letter from Representative George B. Schwabe expressing opposition to socialized medicine and dental bills. Dr. Glass and thirteen others signed a letter urging Representative Schwabe to do his utmost to defeat the bills, as they believe in the freedom to choose their own healthcare providers. Representative Schwabe responded, stating his opposition to socialized medicine and suggesting that Dr. Glass and his friends communicate their views to their Congressman.
