An Open Letter to Congressman George B. Schwabe: A Critique of Post-War U.S. Policies and Government Officials, 1946-04-03
Charles Beesly, an attorney from Pawnee, Oklahoma, expresses strong criticism towards the American government, particularly towards the State Department officials, Congressmen, and Senators whom he accuses of being traitors and responsible for the loss of freedom in the country. He also criticizes the Wagner-Murray-Dingell Bills and the excessive taxes imposed on the American people. Beesly believes that the government is corrupt and wasteful, sending money to other countries while neglecting the needs of its own citizens. He calls for a return to true Americanism and a reduction in government spending.
