Correspondence Regarding Opposition to the Wagner-Murray-Dingell Bill, 1946-02-25

The letter is from Mr. John H. McHenry, Secretary of the Oklahoma County Dental Society, urging Representative George B. Schwabe to oppose the Wagner-Murray-Dingell socialized medicine bill, as the society believes it goes too far. Schwabe responds that he has been against socialized medicine for some time, as the people in his district are against it and he has the support of the medical, dental, and drug professions. He suggests that McHenry contact other congressmen who may not share their views.
