1945 Correspondence Regarding Proposed Amendment to Excise Tax Rate and Alcohol Tax, 1945-10-18

The letter is from Don Friday, requesting George Schwabe to use his influence for the passage of H.R. 4309 which aims to reduce excise tax rates and tax on alcohol.
