The letter from Mr. Mahan to Congressman Schwabe urges cooperation to lower corporation and individual income taxes and oppose liberalization of unemployment insurance. Mr. Mahan believes that high taxes and liberalization of unemployment insurance will hinder business expansion and job creation. He urges Congressman Schwabe to take steps to lower taxes and prevent liberalization of the unemployment insurance law.
