1946 Letter from George B. Schwabe Regarding Income Tax Complexity, 1946-08-06
George B. Schwabe received a copy of a letter from A.C. Holmes sending a check for $22 to cover Mary Leona Holmes' income tax for 1945. Schwabe agrees that the tax system is too complex and is working on a proposal to simplify it. He thanks Holmes for his interest and support.
