Mr. Kavaler wrote to Congressman Schwabe to bring attention to the Supreme Court decision regarding the Community Property Law in Oklahoma. Congressman Schwabe is familiar with the case and is studying the situation to determine possible actions by Congress and the State Legislature. Kavaler's letter will be submitted to the Congressman for review upon his return to Washington.
