Congressman Schwabe's Response to Opposition Against the Full Employment Bill, 1945-10-10
Mr. Phil B. Drane wrote to George B. Schwabe asking him to vote against Senate bill #380, the Full Employment Bill. Schwabe replied that he had received many similar letters and had already gone on record opposing the bill, believing it to be a vague attempt at totalitarianism.
